1. You will be notified by email regarding the application acceptance.
2. Please note: we do not take any commission from any sales done at the booth.
3. We will provide you 1 table and 2 chairs for the booth.
4. We are not responsible for your sales.
5. We want you to be happy with your experience. If you have trouble redeeming your booth for any reason, please contact us at so we can work with you and resolve your issue.
6. Your booth should be setup by 10:00am (event starts at 10:30am).
7. You must pack up before 2:30pm.
8. Once you book the booth, the deposit amount is non-refundable for cancellation. ($100 for booth and $50 deposit - refundable)

  • Registration for 2018 event is open.
  • Registration fees have to be paid in full while registering for your performance/performances.
  • Registration fee is $25 for each participant OR $100 for a Solo Performance.
  • Minimum of 5 and maximum of 16 performers only in a group performance.
  • Participants are expected to report 1 hour before their scheduled performance time.
  • Performances with 5 participants or less cannot exceed 3minutes.
  • Group performances with 10 or more participants cannot exceed 6 minutes.
  • Performers must have their song/Music CD’s ready to be used for the day.  The CD must contain only one track to be used for the dance. We will not be able to go through various tracks as it is time-consuming for us.
  • Do not give us any original CDs or music that you cannot afford to lose.
  • Please make sure to test the CD before turning them in as we will not be responsible for the CD quality or damage.
  • Participants can perform on songs from any language as long as it is apt for the event.
  • MSMT is not responsible for any injury to participants in the event.
